Toronto Dark Arts Market – Goth Pride Market

Vendor notification: April 17th, 2025

This market is open to both artists/artisans and vintage/thrift/collectible sellers.

Your application must include a link to at least one place (website, social media or Etsy shop — more is better) where we can see current examples of the work you would be bringing with you. Please ensure that these accounts are not set to private, that they actually show samples of what you typically sell, and that the products shown are reflective of the types of items you would be selling if you are accepted. If possible, we’d also like to see an image of a previous market set-up.

Applications that do not include links to samples of your current merchandise will not be considered.

Please do not email photos to us directly. Unrequested attachments will be deleted and may affect your acceptance status.

Please make sure everything on your application is spelled correctly and that your user names are accurate! If you are accepted, information such as your business name and socials will be used to create promotional posts that link back to your accounts. We will not go searching to find you if your details are incorrect.

No “artist statements,” please. You may only sell items listed on your application and may not add additional types of items once your application has been submitted.

• 2ft table, bar height (42 inches) – $40 (includes table and one seat along a banquette)
• 2.5ft diameter, round table, bar height (42 inches) – $45 (includes table and one stool)
• 3.5ft diameter round table, standard height (30 inches) – $95 (includes table and one chair)
• Front DJ booth (4ft x 1.5ft, bar height) – $45 (includes one bar stool)
• 4ft table (may be half of a shared 8ft table OR 2x 2ft tables together OR 2x 2ft bar height tables together) – $80 (includes table and seating)
• 8ft table – $160 (includes table and seating) – suitable for large items only
• BYO 6ft table – $120 (venue supplies seating)
• Half the bar (10ft x 2ft stretch of bar, bar height) – $175 (includes one bar stool)
• Front of the stage (14ft x 2.5 ft, suitable for a table and a rack) – $200 (BYO furniture, venue supplies one chair)
• Half the stage (up two steps), approx 100 sq feet, BYO furniture – $200 (venue supplies one chair)

We do our best to give each vendor their first choice of space, but due to the architectural features of our venue, we have a limited number of each size of spot. Please make a first and second choice.
